Business Development Series to address top business law issues
Feb. 9, 2026 / NACOGDOCHES, Texas — The Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce and Nacogdoches Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO) invite business owners, managers and professionals to attend "Hot Legal Topics of 2026" an upcoming workshop focused on the legal topics shaping business decisions in 2026. The workshop is part of the Business Development Series presented by McWilliams Heating Cooling & Plumbing.
The Chamber and NEDCO strive to provide resources businesses can use to stay informed in a rapidly changing environment. The workshop will feature Dr. Justin Blount, Drew Thornly, and Charles Oberweiser from Stephen F. Austin State University’s Nelson Rusche College of Business. The presenters will share insights on some of the most talked-about legal issues affecting businesses today and will lead an interactive panel open to questions and discussion.
