NACOGDOCHES, TX, Feb. 18, 2026 — The Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce invites business and community leaders to attend the February Fourth Friday Luncheon on Friday, Feb. 27, at the Fredonia Hotel & Convention Center. This month’s program, "Best Mental Health for Business," will deliver practical, real-world strategies designed to strengthen workplace culture and productivity. Sponosor is SERVPRO of Lufkin/S. Nacogdoches County.
The presentation will be led by Laura Beth Cooper, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist and owner of Connections Counseling & Psychological Services and Alana Culpepper, MHRM; MAdEd, Community Education Director at Oceans Behavioral Hospital of Lufkin.
Attendees will gain valuable insights into recognizing mental health challenges in the workplace, supporting employees effectively and implementing strategies that foster resilience and engagement. The session is designed to equip employers, managers and team leaders with actionable tools they can apply immediately.
