Lane closures planned for State Loop (SL) 224 this week

Nacogdoches – Lane closures on SL 224 in Nacogdoches will occur this week while bridge beams are installed. 

Westbound traffic will be detoured through the signal at the SL 224/Business 59 intersection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23 and between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24. 

Drivers should use caution and expect delays if traveling through the area. Remember to slow down and stay alert for workers and equipment moving around the work zone.
