2026 Texas Blueberry Festival Vendor Information

Thank you for being a vendor in the 2026 Texas Blueberry Festival!
 
Main Check-in:  Saturday, June 13, 2026       CLICK HERE FOR CHECK IN MAP
Located at the corner of N. Fredonia and Commerce St. (see enclosed map)
           
5:00 am – 7:00 am              Check-in for all vendors
7:15 am                                 Vehicles removed from festival area (no exceptions)
8:00 am                                 Vendors ready to sell
4:00 pm                                 Break down of booths - no early break down
 
Vehicles will be allowed back on the streets when it is deemed safe.
 
At check-in you will receive your booth location and be given directions for entering and exiting.  Each area will have a Block Captain who can answer any questions or concerns during check-in and break down. Do have all of your booth items packed and placed against the curb before you retrieve your vehicle to make exit as smooth as possible.
 
Guidelines:
Parking          
               Please unload and park your vehicle in the designated parking lot, before you set up your booth.
                Shuttles are available from the parking lot to your booth. 
                A map will provide directions to the parking lot.
                Do not park along the side of the streets.  You will be towed.
                The Texas Blueberry Festival is not responsible for thief or damages to vehicle or contents.
                All vehicles must be out of the festival area by 7:15 am.
 
Electrical Hookup -
                Only vendors who requested electric hookup on their application will be supplied by the City.
                Please prominently display the Electric Permit, provided at check-in.    
                Do not overload the electric circuit.
                Please provide your own electric cords.
 
Food Vendors -
All food vendors will be provided with a trash receptacle: Keep Nacogdoches Beautiful volunteers will collect the trash throughout the day.
All non-food vendors must supply their own trash receptacle and must dispose of all trash in the provided dumpsters.               
                All food waste must be disposed correctly of by the vendor.  DO NOT pour oil down the City sewer drains.
                The Texas Blueberry Festival is a "Litter Free Event."
                All food vendors must follow the Health Permit guidelines.   These are available at TexasBlueberryFestival.com
                Ice will be available to purchase.

Set-Up -
                Please place your booth number in a prominent place, as required by City Emergency Services.
                Do not block the sidewalks or emergency exits.
                Tie-downs must be clear of the sidewalks and emergency exits.
                Do not hammer stakes into the brick streets or attach tie downs to any downtown business owner’s property.
                Please be respectful of your neighbors and stay in your booth area.
                Please provide your own portable water. 
                Vendors requesting water hook-ups must supply their own hose.  There are limited water hook-ups, please share graciously.
Downtown businesses have their storefront spaces. Please do not infringe on their space.
