Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary: Provides coordinated Physical Therapy to patients of all age groups under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Participates in the coordination of care. Job Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapist with an associate level degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Licensure: Active, State license as a physical therapist assistant, or a multi-sate license issued by Physical The Licensure Compact (PTLC) member stare, or if licensure do not apply, meets one of the requirements listed in 42 CFR 484.115(i) Experience: One year of Experience as a physical therapist assistant, preferred.
