Annual “Freedom Fest” this 4th of July
Families are invited for food, games, contests, music and more-- all part of the annual Freedom Fest hosted by the Nacogdoches Jaycees. This all-American event is free to the public and will include a spectacular firework show after dark.
The event will be held in Festival Park, just south of downtown Nacogdoches, on July 4, starting at 5pm. Washer Tournament sign ups ($20/team) will be on site, commencing competition at 6pm. There will also be a free-to-enter Hotdog Eating Competition at 6:30pm. Food vendors, a children's activity area, and other community sponsors will be present as well to ensure a great evening for all.
The Nacogdoches Jaycees organizes this free community event with the help of local sponsors, and welcomes any additional financial support. To donate, please visit: www.gofundme.com/JayceesFreedomFest.
