Discover the benefits of fermented foods and how to create them with Dr. Darla O'Dwyer, associate professor, dietetic internship director and coordinator for the food, nutrition and dietetics program st SFA, from 9:00 am to noon. Participants will sample some of O'Dwyer's favorite fermented foods and will receive a Pickl-It‌ jar to start the fermentation process for sauerkraut.
