Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop installation, configuration, and ongoing support for end-users.
- Handle server installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in multi-platform environments.
- Manage VoIP solutions, including setup, integration, and support.
- Install, configure, and support network hardware such as firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company and client assets.
- Offer general IT support, including hardware/software diagnostics, upgrades, and user training.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Google, and Apple environments.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server installation/support.
- Proficiency in network hardware (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points).
- Experience with VoIP solutions.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are a plus.
