As a leader in our industry, we have over 22 GW of utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable energy projects in development and 33 projects in operation or construction across North America. 

• Paid, full-time summer internship. 
• The internship period is June 9, 2024 - August 15, 2024. 
• Must be based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship period. 
• Will be required to work in person from the office located in the Domain.  

Responsibilities:  

• Support the recruitment team in partnering with hiring managers and department leaders to understand the specific skill sets, qualifications, and experience required for positions within the renewable energy sector; 
• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels such as industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and renewable energy conferences;
• Help in conducting preliminary screening processes to assess candidates' technical abilities, relevant experience, and cultural fit;  
• Provide support in communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering insights into the company's mission, values, and opportunities within the renewable energy field;  
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the renewable energy sector;  
• Participate in building and maintaining a talent pipeline by assisting in establishing relationships with passive candidates, industry associations, universities, and other relevant sources;  
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding experience for successful candidates;  
• Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and preparing reports on recruitment activity;  
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to support the recruitment team's efforts in attracting top talent;  
• Other duties as assigned or required. 

Key Qualifications:?  

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 
• Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases is a plus, but not required;  
• A strong interest in the renewable energy sector and a passion for decarbonization initiatives;  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;  
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to an entrepreneurial environment;  
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision;  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently;  
• A proactive and enthusiastic mindset, with a focus on learning and professional development.
