Watercolor East Texas

The 32nd Watercolor East Texas juried exhibition will open with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 30, in The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House in downtown Nacogdoches. This year’s juror is Ann Bell, a full-time professional artist for more than 30 years. Bell has taught watercolor for more than 20 years, and she has demonstrated painting techniques for a number of Houston area associations. Her work can be found in private collections throughout the U.S., Mexico, Europe and Malaysia. The exhibition runs through Aug. 27. The Cole Art Center is located at 329 E. Main St.
