- - ALL renewals sold by past volunteers who are not participating in the 2013 TRC will be drawn and distributed to Team Captains only.
Also included in the lottery will be leads for sponsorships not sold through past campaigns.

Rules for the Distribution of Renewal Sponsorship Opportunities of Non-Returning Volunteers and Non-TRC Sponsorships
Renewal sponsorship opportunities will be randomly distributed to the Vice Chairs using the rules listed below.
1. All renewal sponsorship opportunities for non-returning volunteers and non-TRC sponsorships will be grouped by Company.
2. It is the Vice Chair’s responsibility to divide the awarded renewal sponsorship opportunities to team members.
3. Each volunteer has the opportunity to be entered twice in the drawing.
- Each volunteer will be able to enter one (1) time into the drawing by attending one of the four Early Training sessions scheduled for Tues., Aug. 20 at 8 to10 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.; and Wed., Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m.
- Each volunteer will be able to enter one (1) time into the drawing by attending the Drawing Event scheduled for 5:15 p.m., Wed., Aug. 21 at the Chamber.
4. All volunteers entries will be placed in a box and the names will be drawn and the renewal sponsorship opportunities –grouped by Company- will be awarded to that volunteer’s Vice Chair. The drawing will continue until all renewal sponsorship opportunities are distributed
5. At least one (1) member of the volunteer’s Team, Team Captain, or Vice-Chair must be present to receive the renewal sponsorship opportunity. If no one is present another name will be drawn.
