Texas Cares Tour: Vikki Goodwin

Vikki Goodwin, Democratic Candidate for Lieutenant Governor, will be coming to Nacogdoches on Thursday, August 20th, to kick off her Texas Cares Tour, in which she plans to share her plans for improving health care for all Texans.
