The Singin’ Axes and Kantorei choirs at Stephen F. Austin State University will present “Wide Open Spaces: A Concert of Living Composers” at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in Cole Concert Hall on the SFA campus. Among the works to be performed are SFA alumnus Reginal Wright’s setting of a contemporary motet entitled “Hosanna,” along with Rupert Lang’s setting of “Cantate Domino” and a world premiere performance of David W. Brewer’s setting of “Ave Regina caelorum.” Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and $3 for students and youth.
