The Stephen F. Austin State University College of Fine Arts and School of Theatre will present Anne Washburn’s “Mr. Burns” at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, Nov. 7 through 11, in W.M. Turner Auditorium on the SFA campus. Using a nuclear catastrophe, an episode of “The Simpsons,” and the power of theatrical storytelling to explore human survival and art, Washburn’s play asks questions about what it is to be human, how we survive in the face of tragedy, and what it means to make art. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and $7.50 for students and youth. For tickets or more information, call the SFA Fine Arts Box Office at (936) 468-6407 or visit www.finearts.sfasu.edu.
