Resilience Week: A Mindset Summer Camp with Coach Michelle

This summer your child will have a fun, interactive and hands-on opportunity to learn and improve mindset skills that will enable him/her to feel more confident, more at peace and more prepared to handle life's challenges in healthy ways. Children who attend my workshops and summer camps report feeling more patient, confident and resilient! Parents see lower anxiety, better interpersonal skills and higher self-confidence! Learning methods include: Storytelling Arts and crafts Writing and journaling Music Team-building activities Theater and acting Problem-solving challenges Camp Mindset Schedule based on Adventures in Wisdom™ mindset curriculum: Monday -- I Believe in Me! How to develop unstoppable self-confidence Tuesday -- Managing Change. How to embrace change and thrive. Wednesday -- Busting Through Conditional Thinking. How “If ... then” keeps you from happiness. Thursday -- Overcoming Mistakes. How to learn from mistakes and let them go. Friday -- Power Shifting. How to choose your power even when things don’t go your way. Camp Details: Each day is based on a lesson module from Adventures in Wisdom™, a life coaching for kids curriculum. The story-based modules are very effective teaching tools to help children grasp different mindset concepts and see how they relate to themselves! Your child will be moving, learning, creating, practicing and thinking. He/she will come away from each class with a new perspective about him/herself. Take Home notes will help you to keep up with your child's new mindset skills and practice them together. A light snack will be provided. Please be sure to list all known food or environmental allergies that could create a concern. LOCATION: Nacogdoches County Expo Center, large conference room on the main floor, 3805 NW Stallings Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75964 MORNING CAMP: 9am-12pm AFTERNOON CAMP: 1-4pm REGISTRATION FEE for each Session is $125 per student, and covers all supplies and materials. Returning students get to claim a discounted rate of $115! Please indicate which camps your child has already attended. Payment in full is required to reserve your child's spot in the camp.
