Many of us are aware of the challenging housing market in Nacogdoches County. On the most recent Stakeholder Conference Call our featured presenter said that many residents struggle to find available or adequate housing.
 
The call on Aug. 3 will feature presentations from Ms. Mary Mocniak, Executive Director of the Piney Woods Apartment Association. Ms. Mocniak will discuss the housing/apartment market locally. Ms. Mocniak has served on the Nacogdoches County Chamber Board of Directors.  Joining Ms. Mocniak to provide a Texas view of housing will be Mr. David Mintz, CAE, Vice President of Government Affairs for the Texas Apartment Association.
