Experience the Commemorative Mission and experience the history that brought so many to what is now Mission Tejas! The Commemorative Mission, built by the CCC during the Great Depression, is where 20th Century handiwork and late 17th Century history come together. Come join park staff at the Mission for an introduction (or refresher!) in the storied past of Mission Tejas! After the talk, those who wish can walk a quarter-mile down San Pedro Spur with a ranger and see part of the centuries-old Spanish Road: El Camino Real!
