Solid Foundation Association 13th Annual Lights on Afterschool Gala will celebrate with an auction and banquet and entertainment by the youth. Featured speaker is Joseph Ceasar, CEO of the Legacy Institute for Financial Empowerment. This fundraising event supports the afterschool literacy program for at-risk kids K-12.
