The Nacogdoches County Hospital District wants to bring your family HOME for the HOLIDAYS. Safely gather at the table with your loved ones on Thursday, November 24, 2022 with reliable, qualified transportation provided through Nacogdoches County EMS and Transportation Services. Transportation for THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 24 runs between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. and costs $100 round-trip, plus mileage. Space is limited and mileage restrictions apply. PLEASE RSVP by 4 p.m., Tuesday, November 22. Thanksgiving transportation is available by appointment for eligible clients in the Nacogdoches County Hospital District area, including residents of: Magnolia Court Assisted Living & Memory Care, Stallings Court Nursing & Rehabilitation, Westward Trails Nursing & Rehabilitation and Willowbrook Nursing Center.
