Our 3rd Annual Hands Up 5K/10K Fun Run and Walk is to be held on October 22nd.
Get ready and begin recruiting your teams!
Our route will begin at TJR campus and take you through the charming streets of historic Nacogdoches, and then back to TJR campus. You can run, jog, or walk ?- children and strollers are welcome. Children 10 yrs. and under are FREE!
New this year: We have added an extended route for those who want to run or walk the 10K, and we will have a shorter "Fun Walk around Washington Square."

$25 for 5K and $35 for 10K ( T-shirt included)
For groups of 10 or more, registration is only $20 per person, for either the 5K or 10K!
Children 10 yrs. And under are FREE!
