Great Backyard Bird Count and Bird Day

Celebrate birds and help count birds for science with assistance form the Pineywoods Audubon Society, Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept., and SFA forestry students.  During this event, you can learn about our feathered friends and how we can create wildlife habitats for them with hands-on activities, including using binoculars, practicing bird identification skills, participating in a bird Olympics and creating bird-related crafts.
