Food Drive | Janelle Grum Family Crisis Center of East Texas
The Safehouse pantry is in need! Your support is essential for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Safehouse provides three meals a day and snacks to an average of 30 people daily, and your donations keep adult and child survivor plates full, year-round.
We can accept holiday foods, but also non-holiday food items and staples like:
Cake mix
Icing for cookies and cake
Brownie mix
Diced tomatoes
Assorted pastas
Sugar (white and brown)
Cornbread
Coffee creamer
Cereal
Jelly
Tuna fish
Crackers
Ramen soups
Chef Boyardee
Ranch mix packets
English peas
Green beans
Dish soap
Salt
Tea
Kool Aid
The deadline for our Food Drive is Friday, December 5. Drop off these items at any outreach office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Be sure to call ahead for San Augustine, Crockett, and Nacogdoches office hours as they are limited.
