Deadline for The Chamber's Annual Awards Nominations

Nominations for The Chamber's annual awards closes today.

Click and submit nominations for: Small, Medium, Large Businesses of the Year; Citizen of the Year; Non Profit of the Year; and the C. Wayne Mitchell Business Advocacy Award.

Small Business
· Up to 9 full time equivalent employees.
· Must be a member of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce.
 
Medium Business
· 10 to 49 full time equivalent employees
· Must be a member of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce.
 
Large Business
· 50 + full time equivalent employees.
· Must be a member of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce.
 
Citizen of the Year Award
· Must have performed outstanding service for the betterment of the community.
· Has made exceptional and sustained contributions to the community.
· Must possess characteristics including honesty, sincerity, integrity, and benevolence.
 
Non Profit of the Year Award
· Must be an active 501-C(3) or 501-C(6) organization.
· Must have a record of longevity and  stability.
· Must demonstrate community consciousness  with civic/community involvement.
· Must be a member of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce.

C. Wayne Mitchell Business Advocacy Award

• Proven leadership in advancing issues that positively impact the local business community.
• Active advocacy for policies, partnerships and initiatives that promote economic growth.
• Demonstrated commitment to strengthening the business environment and quality of life in Nacogdoches County.
