“MISSOULA, Mont. -- A Spokane country western singer is walking from Spokane to Nashville to help kids with life threatening illnesses. David Parrish is giving $1 for every mile he walks to The Wishing Star Foundation. It's an organization that gives sick kids their dream wishes. Fifty-four-year-old Parrish is also promoting his career. He's relying on donations and the sale of his own music CD to make the 2,000-mile trek. Missoula was one of his first stops. ”
