City Proclamation for Red Ribbon Week

Mayor Van Horn is going to sign a proclamation on October 22nd at the Plaza Principal Stage behind downtown Visitors Center at noon proclaiming October 23-31 Nacogdoches commitment to ensuring the success of the Red Ribbon Campaign and will display red ribbons during this week long campaign.
