Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce and Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber of Commerce team up and go to Austin for meetings at the Capitol. Agenda will be provided soon.
The Legislative Reception is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 14 at the Texas Bankers Association Headquarters, 203 W 10th St, Austin, TX 78701.

The Nacogdoches County Chamber’s Government Affairs committee led by Co-Chairs Donna Finley and Ted Smith is working now to produce Chamber Days in Austin. The two-day event brings Chamber members from Angelina and Nacogdoches counties, SFA representatives and students together with state legislators and agency heads to discuss the issues that affect East Texas.

For Chamber Days in Austin, all are welcomed to an evening reception at the Texas Bankers Association Headquarters and to meetings at the Capitol on Feb. 14, 2024.

Participants attend discussions addressing healthcare, I-69 development, education and other topics that will shape the future of our region.
