BARN QUILT UNVEILING
at the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce
11 a.m., Thursday, January 4 v 2516 North St.
 
You are invited to join the exciting start of the Pineywoods Barn Quilt Trail
with the unveiling of a 4’ x 4’ hand-painted metal barn quilt
donated to the Chamber by the Nacogdoches Quilters Guild.
 
   Please attend and discover:
          The importance and impact a barn quilt trail can have for local economy.
          Who can be involved and why more should be involved.
          How many locations are needed to create a trail.
 
            
   Barn Quilt quick facts:
· Does not require traditional quilting or a barn.
· Can be installed inside or outside of a business or within public viewing on private property.
· Can be any of a variety of quilt block designs.
· Can be created with a variety of materials including wood and metal.
· Has the potential to bring thousands of barn quilt seekers to Nacogdoches!
