Advanced Planning for Everyone

Deciding on living arrangements and care as we age is something we should all discuss with our family members. Representatives from the Health and Human Services Commission will guide us on beginning these conversations with our loved ones and what we need to consider. Topics will include aging-in-place, senior living facilities, and caregiver assistance.
