Adopt-a-Pew Showcase

Nacogdoches Historic Sites Division is excited to announce the completion of the restoration and installation of the Zion Hill Baptist Church Historic Site pews this spring, undertaken by Tracy’s Custom Carpentry. In celebration of this milestone, we are hosting an Adopt-a-Pew Showcase on June 1st, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. This event will be an opportunity for sponsors to visit the church and personally view their dedicated pew with its accompanying plaque. Members of the public are welcome to attend as well. A photographer will be on-site to capture memorable moments and light refreshments will be served throughout the event. For those unable to attend during the scheduled showcase, alternate arrangements can be made to accommodate a viewing of the pews at a mutually convenient time.
