The Family Crisis Center’s Adopt-a-Family program will be in full swing until Dec. 12! Make Christmas brighter for abused women, men and children by adopting a family and delivering unwrapped gifts and wrapping supplies to the Nacogdoches administrative office by Dec. 12. There are still families waiting to be adopted. Adopting a family is a great way for businesses and organizations to give back to the community as a group during the holidays. Donations of unexpired, non-perishable foods are also greatly appreciated at this time. Email Mallory Harris, Marketing & Communications Coordinator at mharris@fccet.com to be matched with a family.
If unable to adopt an entire family, we are still able to accept single unopened items such as toy trucks, dinosaurs, Legos, dolls, Barbies, plush toys, Play-Doh, small backpacks, soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, makeup, body spray, nail polish, art supplies, XL hoodies, flashlights, towels, candles, blankets, gloves, silverware and purses.
