David is a financial speaker, educator, and advisor who has been assisting pre-retirees and retirees in the East Texas area since 1988. He is the Founder of Pineywoods Financial, a State of Texas Registered Investment Advisor Representative, and a licensed insurance agent. The success of his firm is a direct reflection of his deep commitment to his clients, their families, and the concerns they bring to his door. For over three decades, his advice and planning strategies have been staples in the retirement planning process for thousands of people. 

His dedication to his family, church, clients, and community is reflected in his professional and personal life daily. He is an Elder at Fredonia Hill Baptist Church and a member of The Nacogdoches and Angelina County Chambers of Commerce. David lives just outside of Nacogdoches with his wife, Sheila, of over 40 years. They spend every spare moment with their six precious grandchildren.
