Resolve service issues without a Xerox on-site service tech
With many customers limiting access to their buildings due to COVID19 protocols, now is a good time to inform you about some new Xerox Remote Support Tools that could possibly help you resolve service issues without a Xerox on-site service technician having to enter your building.
First, you can Click-to-Chat with a Xerox Support Representative. Here’s how to navigate to that tool:
- Visit our website www.xetx.com and click on the “Xerox Support” link on the red bar at the top of the page.
Then scroll down to “Chat with Support”
The Chat representative may be able to help troubleshoot the issue over the telephone.
If not, they will dispatch the service technician to the site.
Just to the right of “Chat with Support” is the “YouTube Support” icon where you can watch videos that demonstrate how to replace consumable supplies or remove paper jams.

- Download the “Xerox Support Engage” mobile App to your smart phone and chat with a representative.
These tools are not intended to take the place of your on-site service technicians, but rather to enhance your Xerox service experience. These tools could reduce the time required to get your equipment back in operation. And they’re easy to use.
