The Texas Friendly Hospitality Instructor Trainer Workshop trains participants to become customer service program instructors for their own employees and communities. The primary goal of this workshop led by Stephen Brueggerhoff\, Certified Texas Friendly Instructor and Extension Specialist at Texas A&M Agrilife Extension\, is to teach participants how to manage and enhance the delivery of quality customer service.
