DESCRIPTION:The Nacogdoches Convention and Visitors Bureau has partnered with the City of Nacogdoches Main Street program to host the Texas Friendly Hospitality "Train the Trainer" Workshop June 14-15.\n\n\n\nThe Texas Friendly Hospitality Program focuses on best practices in customer service and teaching business leaders and staff how to increase customer retention and improve both internal and external customer service. The Texas Friendly Hospitality Instructor Trainer Workshop trains participants to become customer service program instructors for their own employees and communities. The primary goal of this workshop led by Stephen Brueggerhoff\, Certified Texas Friendly Instructor and Extension Specialist at Texas A&M Agrilife Extension\, is to teach participants how to manage and enhance the delivery of quality customer service. The return on investment: repeat business\, customer loyalty and positive employees.\n\n\n\n"Great customer service is essential to any business success\, and the Texas Friendly Hospitality Instructor Trainer Workshop instructs business owners and leaders on how to achieve great customer service so they can train their staff accordingly\," said Nacogdoches Convention and Visitors Bureau Event Coordinator Mallori Brookshire.\n\n\n\nThe Train the Trainer Workshop will be held June 14\, 1 to 5 p.m. and June 15\, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Visitor Center\, 200 E. Main. New instructors must attend both sessions in order to become a certified Texas Friendly Instructor. The cost is $200.
