DESCRIPTION:The Steel Band at Stephen F. Austin State University will perform a number of favorites when the student ensemble performs at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday\, April 18\, in Cole Concert Hall on the SFA campus. Directed by Dr. Ben Tomlinson\, adjunct professor of percussion at SFA\, the Steel Band will perform such popular works as "Conga Line\," "Jump in the Line\," "Kiss the Girl\," "Fiesta Latina\," "Yellow Bird" and others.
