DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn more about estate planning\, the probate process and charitable giving during Westminster Presbyterian Church's Wednesday Night Live\, Wednesday\, February 22 at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served.\n\n\n\nOur guest speaker is Ken Deppisch\, an associate attorney at Weatherly Law Firm. He will discuss the basics of will and trust planning in Texas.\n\n\n\nKen is a native of the State of Ohio. He attended college at the United States Naval Academy\, graduating in 2001 with a B.S. in History. Ken served nearly nine years in the Navy as a pilot\, instructor\, coffee-maker\, and part-time janitor. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2012. Ken joined the State Bar of Texas in 2013 and has been employed at the Weatherly Law Firm since 2012. Ken is a member and current president of the of the Nacogdoches County Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Nacogdoches Rotary Club. He is a commissioner on the Nacogdoches Historic Landmark Preservation Committee and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church's Session Class of 2017. Ken likes to work\, but prefers to spend time at home with his wife\, Hannah Grubb Deppisch\, who works quite a bit herself as a cardiologist based in Nacogdoches. Ken and Hannah have two magnificent daughters\, Gigi and Kit\, who keep their parents busy. Ken's favorite leisure activities include playing golf and watching the Navy football team on Saturday afternoons.
