DESCRIPTION:The mission of the Nacogdoches Film Festival is to build awareness of independent films and short films as an art form\; provide educational opportunities for Stephen F. Austin State University students and other Texas filmmakers\; and create opportunities for communities in rural East Texas to experience high quality films. On Thursday\, Feb. 26\, 2015\, several free events take place.\n\nFrom 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. selections from the 2015 Short Film Competition will be shown.\n\nAt 6:30\, a discussion panel on Entertainment Law and Filmmaking will be held.\n\nAt 7:30 p.m Short Film Competition Awards will be presented. At 8:00 p.m. the film "Flutter" will be shown.\n\nA Q&A with writer/producers Andy Cope and Eric Hueber follows.\n\nFrom 10 - 11:15 p.m. "Road to Austin" will be screened.
