She has more than 35 years of event management experience. Previously president and CEO of the Aransas Pass Chamber of Commerce\, and twelve years as Assistant City Manager\,  in Hidalgo\, Texas\, she has extensive experience in every area of event planning\, design\, and execution.  Kay is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Institute for Organizational Management and the Purdue University International Festival and Event Association Certified Festival Executive Program.  \n\n \n\nMrs. Wolf is a Past President of the Texas Festivals and Events Association and Past Chair of the of the IFEA Foundation Board.  She is the recipient of the Professional of the Year Award and the Hall of Honor Lifetime Achievement Award from TFEA\, the Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Festival and Events Association and the Hall of Fame Award from the Texas Fairs and Events Association.  She is a past chair of TCCE and has been awarded the Texas Chamber of Commerce's "Marvin Hurley" Award.\n\n\n\nKay has lectured on Special Events\, Sponsorship\, Leadership\, Creativity\, Logistics\, and Volunteerism throughout Texas\, Hawaii\, the United States.
