DESCRIPTION:Since 1982\, the Nacogdoches Heritage Festival has become a proud tradition. One that allows us to share our heritage with friends and family from near and far. The Heritage Festival is the primary fundraising vehicle of the Nacogdoches County Historical Foundation. The Festival has brought a diverse range of events to the Nacogdoches community over the years\, from chili cook-offs and antique sales to the Taste of Nacogdoches and the crowning of the Heritage Festival Queen. This year\, we are planning a kickoff to summer with a nostalgic street festival to include games\, a cake walk\, live entertainment\, bingo\, live art creations\, Nacogdoches trivia\, festival food\, and much more. All proceeds from the Heritage Festival directly benefit the restoration projects of the Nacogdoches County Historical Foundation.
