DESCRIPTION:The 2019 Healthy Halloween is an activity-based event held by Nacogdoches Memorial Health. In which\, kids will participate in wellness activities designed to teach them about fitness\, nutrition\, heart/stroke health\, and tobacco-free living. Look forward to some candy-free fun\, including different prizes and even a bounce house. Nacogdoches Memorial Health is currently looking for not only volunteers\, but vendors\, and sponsorships as well. Below are links that will direct you to any forms needed. Forms must be turned in by October 4th at the Community Relations office at Memorial Health\, email bartonk@nacmem.org or call 936-569-4124.
