DESCRIPTION:The Judy B. McDonald Public Library invites the community to participate in a Halloween pumpkin decorating contest.  The contest is open to all ages and library patrons will judge the entries during Halloween week. \n\n\n\nPlease bring decorated pumpkins (no carved pumpkins\, please) to the library by Monday\, October 27 at 5:30 p.m.  Judging will be held throughout the week\, so come in to vote for your favorite. \n\n\n\nOther Halloween events:\n\n\n\nJoin us on Friday\, October 24 at 6:00 p.m. for a Halloween violin concert.  Melissa Nabb's young students will perform a spooky concert in costume\, and it's sure to be delightful.\n\n\n\nOn Thursday\, October 30 at 5:30 p.m.\, tweens are invited to a workshop on edible Halloween crafts. \n\n\n\nPlease call 559-2970 to register.\n\nOn Friday\, October 31\, make the library your first Trick-or-Treat location and stop by between 3:30-5:30 p.m. for candy and to view the prize winning pumpkins.
