The demonstration will take place on site at the Farmer's Market\, located at 107 W. Pearl Street near the north end of the market at approximately 10 a.m.\n\nLufkin's own Chef Mani and certified registered dietician Tim Scallon will be on site selecting items from our own vendors to use in the cooking demonstration. Memorial Cooking Innovations is a 30-minute cooking show featuring diabetic friendly foods that are easy and delicious to prepare. You can watch the show here in Nacogdoches on Channel 2.
