These Nacogdoches ISD have worked hard all school year to raise money for the trip. Past efforts include fruit snack\, candy bar and bake sales and organizing a school dance. The group's long-time advisor Sue Makatura ("Ms. Mak") is retiring this year\, so she is making big memories in this last school year with the students! Today\, she is giving up her teacher prep day to conduct a 3- hour workshop to help students prepare for their upcoming competition.
