DESCRIPTION:The Belk Gives on the Go Mobile Mammography Center\, a 39-foot-long\, state-of-the-art screening center on wheels\, will stop at the Belk store in Nacogdoches\, Texas\, on April 24\, 2015 to offer free\, convenient mammogram screenings.\n\n\n\nWomen age 40 and over with no breast concerns\, who have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months and have a primary care physician are eligible by calling 855-655-BMMC (2662) to schedule an appointment.\n\n\n\nNo out-of-pocket expense to the patient\, those with insurance\, insurance will be filed\, any remaining expense is covered by Belk.\n\n\n\nThose without insurance\, Belk will cover the entire expense.\n\n\n\nAfter receiving their mammograms\, women can also visit the Intimate Apparel area in their Belk store to receive complimentary bra fittings.\n\n\n\nAll screening exams are performed by Charlotte Radiology's licensed\, female mammography-certified technologists. A board-certified radiologist\, specialized in breast imaging will interpret the mammogram. Confidential results will be sent to the patient and her primary care physician.\n\n\n\nAnyone who is interested in participating should contact the phone number above to schedule their appointment\, no appointments can be made through the store and all medical questions and/or concerns should also be referred through the phone number above.\n\n\n\nAdditional information may also be found at: www.belk.com/pink.
