Loblolly Properties, LLC by name pays homage to the Deep East Texas Pineywoods. Publicly announced as Nacogdoches’ newest real estate firm on June 4, 2018 owner Olivia Kiritsy started taking clients as a single broker/realtor® out of the guest bedroom in her home with one to-be apprentice realtor®, Christy Turner. Olivia Kiritsy is a 2000 graduate of Nacogdoches High School and a 2006, 2011 graduate of Stephen F Austin State University with an emphasis on finance and public administration. Starting her career in real estate at the age of 16 Olivia specializes in investment real estate and plays an active role in the day to day operations of her company and encourages each of her associate brokers and agents to wake up each morning a better version of themselves. All Loblolly Properties realtors® are empowered to treat real estate sales and acquisitions as a profession; a sentiment that is ever present in their daily work routines.
