The 30th Watercolor East Texas juried exhibition will open with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 26, in The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House in downtown Nacogdoches.
This year's juror is Michael Holter, a nationally known artist from Plano who works in watercolor figurative and oil landscapes. Holter has received numerous awards for his work, including the 2014 Lehman Memorial Award at the Transparent Watercolor Society of America 38th Annual Exhibition.
The WET exhibition runs through Aug. 30. The Cole Art Center is located at 329 E. Main St. For more information, call (936) 468-1131.
